The process of applying a Lavastone cast floor

Installing a seamless Lavastone floor is a precise, hands-on process. Thanks to its exceptional durability, it’s perfect for both indoor and outdoor spaces, including bathrooms and even swimming pools.
The process is similar to microcement application and begins with preparing the base floor—ensuring it is strong, dry, and damage-free. In most cases, including tiled floors, we can apply a thin, industrial-grade cement screed directly on top.

Next, our team builds the floor in five strong layers, creating a seamless and ultra-durable surface. Despite its strength, the finished Lavastone floor is just 5mm thick and takes only five days to install.

Maintenance of a Lavastone cast floor

Our cast floors are finished with a completely stain-resistant antibacterial coating, making them very easy to clean and completely maintenance-free. Thanks to the durability of the material, a Lavastone floor is very resilient to wear, making it the perfect choice for families with children, pets or holiday rentals.
