Minimal Thickness, Maximum Impact
An IZU Cast floor is only 4 mm thick, meaning doors and windows will continue to function without any adjustments. The thin layer maintains the existing floor levels without requiring demolition or modifications.
The Structure of an IZU® Cast floor
Before applying the our cast floor, we first ensure a smooth and even surface. The floor is then built up in multiple layers:
- Primer + fiber-reinforced base layer – Ensures strong adhesion to the tiles.
- Resin with lava stone or quartzite in color – Provides a unique look and durability.
- Second layer of resin with lava stone or quartzite – Enhances strength and delivers a luxurious finish.
- Antibacterial & UV-resistant topcoat – Protects against wear, dirt, and discoloration.

A New Floor in Just 5 Days
Our seamless cast floors are installed within five days. Since the floor is applied in one continuous piece, it is extremely durable, easy to maintain, and completely joint-free. After just 3 days, you can walk on it with socks, and after 7 days, it is fully cured and ready for use.
